Easing your Anxiety & Stress Naturally

Many years ago I had extremely high anxiety and stress levels, it was affecting my every day life, mind was racing and at times it all felt like torture. I was stuck in a loop and wasn’t able to step off.

This lead me on a huge healing journey with my health, mindset, lifestyle and self love.

I’ve known many friends/clients who have gone through or are going through similar and I feel the time has come with all that’s going on in the world that I share how I overcame anxiety and stress naturally.

Please know you are never alone and that there is light at the end of tunnel and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Here are the areas I changed and now also help others to do the same:

Anti anxiety diet - I realised food was having a huge impact on my anxiety levels. This was the first area I addressed. I still enjoy a slice of cake or chocolate but all in moderation.

I used herbs, flower remedies, vitamins to help too.

Healthy Lifestyle - the next step I took was to incorporate time in nature, meditation, breathe work, exercise which brings joy, aromatherapy, reiki, reflexology, wellness coaching and plenty of fresh air.

Transformed Mindset - once my body was feeling better I started work on my negative thoughts and beliefs, past trauma and grief.

I started journaling, using positive affirmations, EFT tapping and also had shamanic healing.

Lots of Self Love - anxiety can be a sign that we are neglecting ourselves. You maybe someone who does a lot for others and perhaps puts yourself last, I was this person.

It can make you feel fatigued and I’m sure if you’re reading this you could name a few more.

So it’s time to fall in LOVE with YOU again and start making YOU a priority. When your cup is full this has a ripple effect outwards and your family and friends will notice the difference.
