Before our session together, I will ask you to complete a comprehensive online questionnaire, then we will discuss everything from your cycle to supplements and lifestyle. This will include a follow up email with my recommendations, hand reflexology videos for you, guided meditation, general guidance, gentle energy exercises.

£200 /3 x 60 minute WhatsApp consults or 1 x 60 minute and 4 x 30 minutes

• Supporting you and your cycle for 3 months

• Before our session together, I will ask you to complete a comprehensive online questionnaire, then we will discuss everything from your cycle to supplements and lifestyle. This will include a follow up email with my recommendations, hand reflexology videos for you, guided meditation, general guidance, gentle energy exercises.

• Either one 60 minute follow up consultation per month or 4 x 30 minutes over the rest of the time period.

• Ongoing email support throughout
