Cup of tea anyone?

How Herbal tea may help you sleep....

When I was younger I never thought I would be a tea person. I am a huge coffee lover. If I had it my way coffee would be my morning, afternoon and evening beverage of choice.

Unfortunately, as someone who has struggled with insomnia, anxiety, adrenal issues and thyroid problems, I knew I had to cut back on caffeine drastically.

I have recently discovered the root cause of my sleep problems in the past had to do with my adrenals, my thyroid, my mindset, nutrition and environment but that’s another post for another day.

I have found that these teas have supported me.

Pukka Night Time

  • Oat flower

  • Lavender

  • Lime flower

Night Time tea is a unique blend of soothing herbs to help you unwind.

Drink it in the evening to prepare you for a deep, restful sleep and a more refreshed awakening.

Naturally caffeine free.

Pukka - Relax

  • Chamomile flower and gotu kola leaf

  • Fennel seed, ginger and cardamom seed

  • Marshmallow root and licorice

Relax tea is a unique blend of calming herbs with fantastic soothing properties. It is best drunk in the evening to release the tension of the day.

Naturally caffeine free.

Yogi’s Calming Tea

Yogi's Calming tea is an exclusive blend based on time-tested Ayurvedic herbs that help ease stress and tension, and encourage a state of relaxed alertness without drowsiness. It contains not only chamomile used to help compose the mind and relax the body but also lemongrass and gotu kola, which have been used traditionally to support the nervous system. Licorice and English lavender have been added too.

These are not miracle tea’s as in order to get the best effect from drinking sleep tea’s you need to also be taking care of your mind, body and soul the best you can too. If you would like 1:1 support please go to:

Please note: I am not a doctor and you should double check on the ingredients to see if you have any allergies or any contraindications.
